Q. Can I change the due date on my account?
A. No, your first payment is due 30 (thirty) days from the date when you signed your Retail Installment Contract, and every 14 (fourteen) days after that date. If you have any questions regarding your account please contact one of our Right Direction Associates.

Q. May I request a payment extension?
A. Yes, to verify if your account is eligible, call (844) 655-0374.

Q. Can I refinance?
A. Refinancing your RDFS loan is not available at this time. If you are having problems making your payments, we may be able to help. Call (844) 655-0374 for assistance.

Q. I think my debit card or bank account number was used fraudulently to make a payment. What can I do?
A. If you suspect your account(s) is at risk for fraud, contact your financial institution(s) promptly to file a payment dispute. You can then contact us at (844) 655-0374 to change your payment information we have on file associated with your RDFS account.

Q. How do I request a name change on my account?
A. Gather two forms of proof of the name change (i.e. driver’s license; divorce decree; marriage certificate) and mail or fax them to:

Q. How do I request Service member’s Civil Relief Act (SCRA) benefits with Right Direction Financial Services Holdings LLC?

Right Direction Financial Services Holdings LLC is excited to provide you a new customer service option, to view and make payments on your RDFS auto loan online! Save time and money by logging onto our website where you can set up single payments, review your last few payments, obtain your current loan balance, and schedule reoccurring payments. This new online account access service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

To utilize this convenient option- Log into your account and click “Make Payments” on our website www.RightDirectionFinancial.com

You will need your account number, which is (Account Number and “-1” on the end of your Account Number), and last 4 of your social security number to get access to this service.

You will need to confirm your contact information, or update if necessary.

After your contact information is confirmed your account will be displayed. You will have the option to make a single payment, schedule future payments, and view your loan balance and previous payments.

Once you make a payment with our new online service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail every time a payment is made.

Q. Can I have my payment automatically deducted from my checking account?
A. Yes, you can call us at (844) 655-0374 to set up automatic payment process, and we will set it up for you. Please have your check card or checking account information handy, including the bank name, account number, and routing number; or you can utilize our On-Line payment process by clicking “Make Payments” on our website www.RightDirectionFinancial.com

Q. I show my payment pending online, but I keep getting collection calls from Right Direction.
A. It is possible for there to be a brief period between payment and recognition of the payment within our systems, which could trigger a collection call. If this happens, tell the Right Direction Associate that you have already paid and your account will be handled appropriately.

Q. What is the quickest way to make a payment?
A. Online, through www.RightDirectionFinancial.com. You have 24/7/365 access to your account. If you don’t have a login, just click the “Make Payments” button and follow the instructions outlined on our webpage. You can also make payments over the phone. Right Direction Financial On-Line Account System

Q. What is Right Direction Financial On-Line Account System?
A. RDFS On-Line Account System is a secure online portal that gives you 24/7 access to your Right Direction account. Using a computer, tablet or mobile device, you can login anytime and make payments, view your payment history, and update your contact information.

Q. Where can I find my Right Direction account number?
A. Your account number can be found on your Right Direction Welcome Letter or you can call us at (844) 655-0374, and we will be happy to provide it to you over the phone. It should be ten digits long, followed by a “-1”.

Q. How do I get a login?
A. It’s easy. Simply click the “Make Payments” or “View Account” buttons. Be sure to have your 10-digit RDFS, followed by a “-1” at the end of the account number, along with the last four digits of your (or the primary account holder’s) Social Security number.

Q. Does RDFS On-Line payment system work on smartphones and tablets?
A. Yes, if you have Internet access. Once you register your account you can use the same login credentials to access your RDFS account on a computer, tablet or mobile device.

Q. When will my online payment be posted to my account?
A. Payments made will be applied to your account the same day. However, your bank may not debit the funds from your checking account for up to 48 hours.

Q. How do I know if my online payment was received?
A. After you make a payment in the RDFS On-Line account system, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.

Q. Where can I get help with my RDFS On-line account?

Q. Can I set up automatic payments using the RDFS On-line account system?
A. Yes. Using the RDFS On-line account system is the easiest way to set up regularly scheduled recurring ACH payments. Here’s how:

1) Log into the RDFS On-Line account by selecting the “Make Payments” button. Be sure to have your 10-digit RDFS, followed by a “-1” at the end of the account number, along with the last four digits of your (or the primary account holder’s) Social Security number.

2) Select “Payment Plan” under Payment Options.

3) Select “Current Payment + Past Due Balance” which the dollar amount will be displayed to the right.

4) Select either “Weekly, Monthly, Semi Monthly, or Bi-Weekly” starting Select month, then year.

5) Select day of the week for payment to be processed “Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday”.

6) You can add additional amounts to your scheduled payments by entering a dollar amount in the “AND Pay every other day/week/month” selection.

7) Select either “Bank Account” or “Debit Card” button under Payment Method.

8) Enter in either your Bank or Debit Card information below to set up your account for the first transaction. After you enter this information and go back to the website to make additional payments, you only need to select which Bank or Debit Card to be utilized for your payments.

9) Select the “Continue” button to confirm your payment plan.

Q. What types of payments can I make using RDFS On-Line account system?
A. Your online payment options include:

1) One-time ACH payments, using your checking account/debit card.
2) Recurring ACH payments every month, week, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly using your checking account/debit card.
3) Payoff your current balance.

Q. Can I save my payment information in the RDFS On-Line Account System?
A. Yes. You can securely store your payment information in our On-Line system and use it for future payments.

Q. Can I see my payment history in RDFS On-Line Account System?
A. Yes. To see your payment history:

1) Select “My Account”. Be sure to have your 10-digit RDFS, followed by a “-1” at the end of the account number, along with the last four digits of your (or the primary account holder’s) Social Security number.
2) Click “View Payments” in the navigation bar to get to the View Payments History screen. (IMPORTANT: Payments made outside this website may take up to 48 hours to display online).

Q. When I try to register my account online, I get an error message that says my account number, and/or Social Security number does not match what is on file. What do I do?
A. Look for these common errors:

1) Account Number – Add “-1″ at the end of the account number.
2) Social Security Number – Are you or someone else the primary account holder? Only the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number will be recognized.

Q. What are my insurance requirements?
A. You are required to maintain Insurance that includes comprehensive and collision coverage with a maximum deductible of $1000 each if you have GAP coverage or $500 without GAP coverage.

Q. How do I handle an insurance claim due to physical damage?
A. Call (844) 655-0374 for assistance. Before you call, please have the following documents and information handy: a copy of your insurance estimates with the phone number, fax number, adjuster’s name, date of loss, copy of the auto body repair shop Invoice, copy of proof of payment receipt, and pictures.

Q. I received an insurance check for repairs to my vehicle, but I need Right Direction to endorse the check. What do I do?
A. Call (844) 655-0374 for assistance. A Right Direction Associate will require documents including a Copy of the insurance estimate, a completed work order on the repair shop letterhead, and pictures of the completed work.

Payoffs

Q. How do I request a payoff quote?
A. Please call (844) 655-0374 and speak to one of our Right Direction Associates.
The quote will be valid for 10 days.

Titles

Q. I recently paid off my loan. When will I receive my title?
A. The certificate of title or lien satisfied is sent to the authorized party (person or entity who paid off the loan) in accordance with state specific regulations after the payoff has been posted to your account and the account is paid in full.

Q. I have moved to a different state and need to get tags. What should I do?
A. Visit your local Bureau of Motor Vehicles office and advise them that you are a new resident of the state and need to register your vehicle. Make sure they know that Right Direction Financial Services Holdings LLC is the lienholder.

Q. My temporary tag from the dealer has expired. What do I do?
A. You will need to call the dealership where you purchased your vehicle to see if your paperwork has been processed with the state. Each state and dealership have a different timeline for processing this request.
